Fluid Pro API was designed with the highest standards of privacy and security in mind. Our commitment to zero-logging and zero-storage ensures that you have a powerful remote API that is a viable alternative to local models, while offering superior capabilities. This Privacy Policy outlines how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our Fluid Pro API service.
•Personal Information: We do not collect or store any personal information about you, such as your name, address, or contact details, except in the following scenarios:
•Card Payments:
•Stripe: Our payment processor, Stripe, will collect and process your personal information (including name, address, and payment details). We do not have access to this information.
•Fungies.io: Our Merchant of Record (MoR) reseller, Fungies.io, will manage your Stripe payment and collect your email address and other transaction details (such as date, amount paid, tax collected, and more) for payment processing. We do have access to your email and transaction information.
•Cash Payments: If you choose to pay by cash, you can remain fully anonymous. No personal information is collected or stored.
•Account Information: Your account is identified by a unique account number, which is used for login and authentication purposes. We do not store your name or address.
•Statistics and Usage Data: We may collect statistics about service usage, including the number of inference requests sent by a given account, the number of tokens processed or generated, and information about payments and license/subscription expirations. This data may be stored on servers managed by OVH. No content of your conversations is persisted.
•Conversations: We never log, permanently store, or access the content of your conversations. While your conversations may be temporarily stored in RAM and/or GPU-RAM cache for operational purposes, it is not persisted. To further strengthen our privacy guarantees, we operate our AI inference servers in RAM-only mode. The content of your conversations is never shared with third parties.
•Encryption: We use AES256 encryption on top of SSL encryption for all data in transit if the second-layer encryption is enabled. If second-layer encryption is not enabled, messages are encrypted using SSL encryption. The second-layer encryption protocol is open-sourced and includes advanced encryption techniques beyond just AES256.
•Server Security: Our inference servers are hosted in our self-controlled facility in the EU, ensuring no third-party access. Our encryption/decryption solutions are open-source and can be audited by external parties.
•Fungies.io: Fungies.io is a reseller and Merchant of Record (MoR) that processes payments for us. They handle the collection of your email and payment information if you choose to pay by credit/debit card. For more details on what data is available to us, please check Fungies.io.
•Stripe: Stripe is a payment processor that securely handles credit/debit card payments. They are responsible for processing the transactions and ensuring that the payment information is handled securely.
•OVH: OVH is a hosting provider that we use for various servers, including but not limited to our public-facing Gateway server. They provide the infrastructure for these servers, but they do not have access to the content of your messages if you enable second-layer encryption. We may also use OVH to store information about transactions, usage statistics, and other non-conversational data. We don’t use OVH for AI inference, our inference servers are hosted in our self-controlled facility in the EU.
•Temporary Storage of Conversations: We may temporarily store the content of your conversations in RAM for operational purposes, but it is not persisted and is erased after the first server restart. We do not retain the content of your conversations long-term. All conversation data is erased after the first server restart.
•Other Data Storage: We may store certain non-conversational data, such as your email address, the amount of tokens processed or generated, the number of generation requests (completions), and transaction details, for necessary operational purposes.
•Access and Correction: You can access and correct your account information by sending us an email at legal@getfluid.app.
•Deletion: If you want to delete your account, you can do so at any time. Upon deletion, all data associated with your account will be permanently removed from our systems.
